I’m Jena, Trauma Therapist in Stuart Florida.
I specialize in EMDR therapy for high-functioning adults who understand their patterns but still feel “stuck” in anxiety, relationship struggles, and unresolved trauma.
Together, we will understand and learn how to process unresolved issues at the core, in order to learn how to feel safe in your body, set healthy boundaries and begin communicating your own wants and needs to others in a productive way.

It can also stem from what was missing. Any experience that lacked consistent nurturing, safety, or emotional support can leave a lasting imprint on the nervous system.
