please Hear me when I say:
Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.
Often times taking this first step is the hardest part, but after you do, you’ll no longer have to walk through any of this alone.
How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that symptoms make sense — and that when we help your nervous system process what’s been stuck, anxiety softens and old patterns begin to shift naturally.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults using EMDR therapy, a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your nervous system process experiences that are still “stuck,” even if they don’t look like obvious trauma. These might include chronic stress, emotional neglect, performance pressure, relational wounds, or moments where you had to grow up too fast or stay strong for others.
EMDR is not about endlessly talking or rehashing your story. It’s about helping your brain and body do what they were meant to do—resolve what’s unresolved—so you can respond to your life now instead of reacting from old patterns. Clients often tell me they feel calmer, more confident, and less driven by anxiety or self-doubt, even in high-stakes environments.
Therapy with me is…
-
I take time to understand your story, your stressors, your relational patterns, and the internal pressures you carry. Together, we identify not just what’s happening now, but what experiences may still be driving those patterns underneath the surface.
-
Honesty in therapy also means transparency. I explain what we’re doing and why. I collaborate with you. I’m clear about pacing, goals, and expectations. You won’t be left guessing about the direction of our work.
The result is a therapeutic relationship built on trust — where you feel both supported, challenged and seen.
-
Therapy with me is discreet, intentional, and deeply respectful of your privacy.
Many of the clients I work with hold visible roles in their communities. They are leaders, business owners, professionals, parents — people others rely on. Protecting your confidentiality is not just a legal obligation; it is a foundational value of my practice.
-
Using EMDR and trauma-focused work, we identify the experiences that shaped your nervous system — not just the obvious “big” traumas, but the subtle moments of pressure, emotional neglect, performance expectations, or relational wounds that quietly taught you who you had to be to succeed or stay safe.
We process what is still unresolved so your system no longer reacts as if you’re under threat. Instead of managing symptoms forever, we work toward resolving the root.

A little more “About Me”
I’m a Florida native who truly loves the laid-back, coastal lifestyle. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me out on the water boating, at the gym strength training, or listening to a good book. I love trying new restaurants, traveling whenever I can, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and my Boston terrier.
I’m also a big believer in practicing what I preach—so yes, I see my own therapist too (because therapists need therapists!). It helps me stay grounded, self-aware, and fully present for the people I work with.
Music, connection, and meaningful conversations are some of my favorite parts of life, and I bring that same energy into my work. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—no pressure, no judgment, just real support.
