Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.

Often times taking this first step is the hardest part, but after you do, you’ll no longer have to walk through any of this alone.

How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that symptoms make sense - and that when we help your nervous system process what’s been stuck, anxiety softens and old patterns begin to shift naturally.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults using EMDR therapy, a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your nervous system process experiences that are still “stuck,” even if they don’t look like obvious trauma. These might include chronic stress, emotional neglect, performance pressure, relational wounds, or moments where you had to grow up too fast or stay strong for others.

EMDR is not about endlessly talking or rehashing your story. It’s about helping your brain and body do what they were meant to do—resolve what’s unresolved- so you can respond to your life now instead of reacting from old patterns. Clients often tell me they feel calmer, more confident, and less driven by anxiety or self-doubt, even in high-stakes environments.

A little more “About Me”

I’m a Florida native who truly loves the laid-back, coastal lifestyle. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me out on the water boating, at the gym strength training, or listening to a good book. I love trying new restaurants, traveling whenever I can, and spending quality time with my family, friends, and my Boston terrier.

I’m also a big believer in practicing what I preach- so yes, I see my own therapist too (because therapists need therapists!). It helps me stay grounded, self-aware, and fully present for the people I work with.

Music, connection, and meaningful conversations are some of my favorite parts of life, and I bring that same energy into my work. I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself- no pressure, no judgment, just real support.

Your needs matter, too.
